How much does AI implementation cost?
We quote a fixed build fee per workflow, plus a monthly fee to run and improve it, after a discovery call and an assessment. You see the full price before any build starts. Ongoing AI leadership is available as a monthly fractional AI team retainer.
How long until something is live?
A first workflow usually reaches production in three to six weeks. What sets the pace is access to your systems and how settled the rules are; we flag both during discovery.
Do we have to change our software?
No. We build around the software you already run: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your ERP, CRM or practice-management system, and the portals your team logs into.
Who checks the AI’s work?
